The magic box to the left is a collaboration with Poet Eva Burkard and the Box Spring Chandelier is a collaborative effort together with Marcin Stachewicz who deserves all of the credit for the implementation of this beauty.
MAP Magazine bridges artists with working art studios to the community and aficionados. Founded in 2008 by Michelle Bird and Christina Krüsi the event Open Doors Winterthur was both a published annual art journal and an on-line publication for 6 consecutive years that featured articles about the function of art in society and artists art work in their studios.
A co-production illustrating life within the walls of Amsterdam's Red Light District. This social political book was created by writer Bruce Harris and artist Michelle Bird and was on the reading list of the New University’s course Sex and the City. Closed Curtains was published in 2001 by White-Boucke Publishing.
